Hi, I’m Eleanor, an Illustrator and designer, working in Bristol. I work from my home studio in my colourful plant filled flat, helped by my rescue cat Tobias and fuelled by cups of tea.
I offer a range of freelance design services, such as print design, logo design, wedding stationery and brand identity. I started Little Paisley Designs in late 2014 after graduating from Winchester School of Art with a degree in printed textiles. Alongside freelance design work I create a range of items featuring my prints under the brand name Little Paisley Designs. Designs feature quirky illustrations of British Wildlife, Flora & Fauna. Each product starts life as a hand-painted illustration. Working in predominantly watercolours and gouache paints, artwork is then scanned in and assembled. All items are either handmade in my home studio, or printed using British companies, then packaged and assembled by hand. Little Paisley Designs products are whimsical and colourful, with a playful nod to the traditional. Our products will brighten up your home or outfit!
I am available for freelance commissions and design work of all sizes & styles.

Where did the name Little paisley Designs originate?

During my BA degree in print design at Winchester School of Art, I became a bit obsessed with the Paisley pattern and tried to incorporate it into every design project. It became a bit of a running joke between my course mates, so when I decided to start my own business the name just seemed to stick.

Little Paisley Designs was founded in Autumn 2014 as a complimentary creative outlet to my design work, each item is designed and created by hand in Bristol.

Little Paisley Designs creates quirky handmade gifts, jewellery, homewares & art prints featuring nature inspired watercolour illustrations. Over the years our products have evolved greatly and now include; enamel pins, embroidered patches, temporary tattoos, T-shirts, fridgemagnet pegs, postcards, giclee prints, fridgemagnets, notebooks, bookmarks, greetings cards, shrink plastic jewellery, and notecard sets.
