UK
All items are sent using Royal Mail first class, and take approximately 1-3 working days from dispatch. If you need your item sooner, and want to arrange next day shipping, get in touch.
EUROPE & IRELAND
Items are sent using Royal Mail international priority. It takes approximately 7-10 working days. All items are sent without a tracking number, if you would like to purchase tracked shipping, please get in touch before you place your order.

Please note that due to the recent Brexit agreement, any orders to the EU are now subject to customs charges, and may be charged a fee on arrival. Unfortunately this is out of my hands, and all charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS
We don't offer cancellations on orders due to our often same day/next day dispatch. If there's an issue, get in touch and we'll try and rectify it.
RETURNS
If you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity here and quote your order number. Items must be returned in a sellable condition (unless faulty) please contact me about your order before returning an item. Return postage must be paid, unless items are faulty.
