Of course! All our orders are wrapped nicely in custom patterned tissue paper, and make lovely gifts to unwrap. If you're sending direct, just pop a note to your recipient at the checkout, and i'll include it on a gift note with the parcel and omit any pricing from the note. If you'd like a message written in any of our greeting cards or postcards, just drop me a message and i'll happily hand write a message for you!
Each item features hand painted watercolour or gouache illustrations, I then edit them digitally and turn them into a range of different products. Some of which I make in house, others I outsource to a range of British printing companies. The paper and envelopes I use are FSC certified and recycled wherever possible.
Please refer to our delivery information for more detailed information. All orders are sent with Royal Mail, first class for UK orders and Standard Airmail for International orders.
All orders are wrapped in our colourful custom tissue paper, and sent in recyclable packaging, to ensure your order arrives safely and looking pretty!
I aim to dispatch your orders with 3-5 working days, it's often quicker than that but will always be within those times.
Depending on where you are in the world, shipping times can vary. For UK orders first class generally arrives within 1-2 working days, but this can be longer at busy times such as Christmas or during a global pandemic! International orders vary, but EU and European orders are usually delivered within 10 working days, USA, Canada, Australia and the ROW usually take a little longer but are normally delivered within 14 working days. Working days do not include weekends.
Firstly, please refer to the shipping policy to find out when your order should be delivered. If it has passed the normal delivery times, get in touch and i'll try and rectify the situation.
