All items are sent using Royal Mail first class, and take approximately 1-3 working days from dispatch. Next day shipping upgrades are available, please get in touch first

EUROPE & IRELAND

Items are sent using Royal Mail international priority. It takes approximately 7-10 working days. All items are sent without a tracking number, if you would like to purchase tracked shipping, please get in touch before you place your order. **PLEASE NOTE from the 1st of July 2021, EU customers may be charged additional fees when their order arrives in the country, thanks to Brexit. CANCELLATIONS

We don't offer cancellations on orders as there's often a quick turnaround between ordering and dispatching and a cancellation request may be missed. If there's an issue, get in touch and we'll try and rectify it.

RETURNS

If you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity here and quote your order number. Items must be returned in a sellable condition (unless faulty) please contact me about your order before returning an item. You have 14 days to contact me regarding your return. Return postage must be paid by the buyer, unless items are faulty.
